Charitable Alliances
OUR INITIATIVES
We pride ourselves on keeping charity at the epicenter of all that we do through our national international partnerships. Throughout our years of committed service to our charitable alliances, we have seen the tangible impact of using our unique platform and access to resources, for the upliftment of organizations that serve the underserved and lesser supported segments of society. We mandate that our contestants and titleholders engage their leadership and influence to positively impact these charities through their own volunteering, fundraising and advocacy efforts. Finally, at MUNP, we remain committed to keeping philanthropy as the crowning cornerstone of all that we do.
Shak’s Hope ® is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for Sickle Cell patients with one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Today, Shak’s Hopes’ programs engage participants in 10 countries, positively impacting the lives of nearly 500 people with and without sickle cell disabilities around the world.
Joshua’s Heart Foundation (JHF) was founded in 2005 in Miami Beach, Fla. by Joshua Williams when he was four years old. Joshua’s Heart is dedicated to the fight against global hunger and poverty. JHF is a 501(c) (3), not-for-profit, youth-run organization, which empowers needy people to improve their quality of life by providing necessities like groceries and personal items. JHF also effectively engages and educates youth on committing to fight hunger and poverty on a global basis.
Volunteers are an integral part of Joshua’s Heart’s efforts to stomp out hunger and poverty in the United States and around the world. Our volunteers are both children and adults who work directly with the needy and in administrative and planning areas.
